The working principle of the pneumatic control valve is to drive the valve through compressed air to achieve the control of medium flow, pressure and other parameters in the pipeline. The pneumatic control valve is mainly composed of three parts: pneumatic actuator, valve body and accessories. The pneumatic actuator is the driving component of the pneumatic control valve. It generates corresponding thrust according to the size of the control signal pressure, pushes the valve body to move, and changes the flow area between the valve core and the valve seat, thereby achieving the function of regulating the flow. The air opening or air closing of the pneumatic control valve is usually achieved through the positive and negative effects of the actuator and different assembly methods of the valve state structure25. The pneumatic control valve has the characteristics of simple control, fast response, and intrinsic safety, and no need to take additional explosion-proof measures3. Pneumatic control valves are divided into two types according to the action form: air-open type and air-close type5. The air-open type is that when the air pressure on the diaphragm head increases, the valve moves in the direction of increasing the opening, and when the upper limit of the input air pressure is reached, the valve is in a fully open state. Conversely, when the air pressure decreases, the valve moves in the closing direction, and when there is no input air, the valve is fully closed. The action direction of the air-to-close type is just opposite to that of the air-to-open type. When the air pressure increases, the valve moves in the closing direction; when the air pressure decreases or disappears, the valve moves in the opening direction or fully opens.
